At Omniframe, we are committed to protecting the intellectual property rights of our artists. This copyright policy outlines the rights and responsibilities of artists, users, and Omniframe regarding the artworks displayed on our platform. It is designed to foster a respectful and lawful environment for artistic expression and appreciation.

Contributors must ensure they are the rightful copyright holders of any artwork they upload to our digital gallery. This includes original works created by the artist as well as any derivative works based on other sources.

All artworks displayed on Omniframe remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. By exhibiting on our platform, artists do not transfer ownership or copyright of their work to Omniframe. 

Upon admission to our gallery, a non-exclusive licensing contract is created that allows Omniframe to display the artworks worldwide in exchange for standard compensations outlined in the contract. Both parties retain the right to end the contract at any point.

If an artist wishes to remove their work from Omniframe, they may do so at any time through their account page or by contacting our support team. We will remove the artwork within 48 hours of receiving the request.

Users of Omniframe are prohibited from copying, downloading, or reproducing any artwork displayed on our platform without explicit permission from the artist. Violations will result in account suspension. Omniframe reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action to protect the rights of our artists.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact our support channel with the following information:

• A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on our platform

• Your telephone number and email address

• A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law

• A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf

We may update this copyright policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to all users and artists.
